This policy explains what personal information the GeniusKids™ website (genius-kids.shop) collects, why, and how you can contact us. GeniusKids™ is run by Daniel dos Santos Garcia. Contact: support@genius-kids-official.com.
What this website collects
- This website has no account sign-up, no contact form and no newsletter form. We don't ask for your name, email or your child's details on this website.
- The quiz runs in your browser. Your answers are kept only in your browser's session storage so the page can show your suggested plan. They are not sent to us, added to links or included in analytics.
- To understand which ads and campaigns bring visitors, the website stores campaign details from the link you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, fbclid and the page version) in your browser's local and session storage. When you click a purchase button, the campaign details are added to the checkout link.
- Your browser's session storage also remembers small page settings, such as the page version you saw.
Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel (by Meta Platforms) to measure visits to this website and the results of our Meta ads. It records page views, that you viewed the product page, clicks on purchase buttons and completed purchases, with the pack and price where relevant. Meta may set cookies (such as _fbp) and receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy. We don't send names, emails, quiz answers or children's details to Meta.
You can limit this by changing your Meta ad settings, blocking third-party cookies or using a browser that blocks trackers. The website still works without it.
Purchases and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. Stripe collects the details needed to complete your order, such as your name, email, country and payment information, and sends your receipt. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy. We receive order details from Stripe (never your full card number) to provide your purchase, answer support requests and handle refunds.
Emails to us
If you email support@genius-kids-official.com, we use your email address and message only to reply and help with your order.
Overseas disclosure
Meta and Stripe operate internationally, so information they collect may be stored or processed outside Australia.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a privacy complaint by emailing support@genius-kids-official.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Changes
We may update this policy when the website changes. The current version is always on this page.
