Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use genius-kids.shop and buy GeniusKids™ products. GeniusKids™ is run by Daniel dos Santos Garcia. Contact: support@genius-kids-official.com.
What you're buying
- GeniusKids™ products are digital, printable PDF files. Nothing physical is posted to you.
- Three packs are available: the GeniusKids™ Focus System, the GeniusKids™ Focus + Colour & Create Bundle, and the GeniusKids™ Lifetime Combo: Complete Access. What each pack includes and its total price in AUD are shown on the website before you buy.
- Payment is a one-time payment, processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page.
Access to your files
- Once your payment is confirmed, your download page opens with your files, and you receive a payment receipt by email. Keep the page link so you can download again; if you lose it, email us with your receipt.
- The Focus System and the bundle include 12 months of download access. The Lifetime Combo includes lifetime access to the GeniusKids™ learning library.
- PDFs you've already downloaded or printed are yours to keep and use under these terms, even after download access ends.
Bonuses
- The Lifetime Combo includes a bonus update with video-game themed printables. Request it by email between 35 and 60 days after purchase. Full instructions are on your download page. It isn't sent automatically.
- Other included bonuses are described on the website and in your purchase materials.
How you can use the materials
- You may print and use the pages as many times as you like for the children in your own household.
- You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or publish the files, or use them commercially (for example in a paid class), without our written permission.
- GeniusKids™ content, designs and the GeniusKids™ name remain ours.
About the activities
GeniusKids™ is a play-based learning resource designed for families. It is not a medical or therapeutic program. Please supervise young children, especially with scissors and small items.
30-day money-back guarantee
If GeniusKids™ isn't right for your family, email support@genius-kids-official.com within 30 days of purchase and you'll get your money back. See our Refund Policy for details. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Digital products come with consumer guarantees, including that they match their description and are of acceptable quality. If something isn't as described or doesn't work, contact us and we'll make it right.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy applies to your purchase.
